Poddar is the owner of the internet resource www.stashfur.store as well as the StashFur mobile application platform and any other application or software run under the brand name "StashFur". This privacy policy ("Policy") discloses the practices and policies adopted by StashFur for collecting, storing, retrieving or using personal information it may receive from its users ("You", "Your", "Customer") who access the Platform to receive the services ("Services"). Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Policy will have the meaning as set out in the Terms and Conditions. The information received from You while accessing the Services through website / URL of www.stashfur.store ("Website"), android app, and other facilities including the StashFur call-center facility ("IVR") (together referred to as the "Portal(s)") will be utilised in a manner as set out in this Policy.

Account Information: Self-declared information like name, referral code used, email, address details, photo, address proof and identity proof. Additionally, for availing financing facility with Our Financing Partner:

SMS Data:

We collect Your transactional SMSs to provide relevant service/offers/rewards basis consumption pattern and facilitate the credit assessment to be undertaken by your Financing Partner. You may have restricted access to the Portal and the related services available in the Portal, if You disable/withdraw/do not provide this access.

We collects all of the SMS data and uses only financial SMS data for risk assessment for risk control and fraud prevention while you are using the StashFur app.

Your sms data will be uploaded to https://www.stashfur.store/. All data will be encrypted, transmitted, stored, and processed to ensure that it is only used by StashFur app.

Mobile Phone Number:

We collect mobile numbers for verification to check the active SIM status on the device uniquely identify you and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.

Your mobile phone number information will be uploaded to https://www.stashfur.store/. All data will be encrypted, transmitted, stored, and processed to ensure that it is only used by StashFur app.

Geolocation Data:

We may also use GPS technology OR other location services to determine your current approximate location in the background to determine whether you are within the scope of our services.

Calendar Data:

StashFur collects calendar data to automatically add reminders for loan overdue to avoid decline of your credit score, and will collect event information in the calendar to assist in the credit risk assessment of the loan review for a faster and better approval process.

Your calendar data will be uploaded to https://www.stashfur.store/. All data will be encrypted, transmitted, stored, and processed to ensure that it is only used by StashFur app.

Camera Access:

We require access to Your mobile device camera for a seamless experience for clicking Your selfie and to upload photos for Your KYC compliance and/or for uploading any other necessary documents on the Portal.

Device Data:

When You browse Our Website/Portal or apps, We also automatically receive Your device internet protocol (IP) address. This helps Us learn about Your browser and operating system, software, the date and time at which You visited the Portals, the type of device being used (including the hardware models), same would help us detect and prevent fraud.

Third Party Information: We or the Financing Partner may also work closely with third parties (including, for example, credit information bureaus, account aggregators, business partners, technical sub-contractors, analytics providers, search information providers, etc.) and may lawfully receive information about You from such sources. Such data may be combined with data collected on the Portal and such other information as provided in this Policy. Such third party will provide same or equal protection to the user data as provided in this Policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, difference or claim arising out of this Policy the same shall be settled in accordance with the Laws of India through regular judicial process and the courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

At any point of time Users can choose to edit/modify or delete/withdraw any Personal Information shared for use of the Platform. Please note that deleting or withdrawing information may affect the Services we provide to you. In case of modification of Personal Information, Users will be required to furnish supporting documents relating to change in Personal Information for the purpose of verification by the Company.
